Your IT department, without the department.

Microsoft 365, email systems, collaboration platforms, user access, cloud tools, and organizational technology environments — set up correctly and managed day to day.

Sound familiar
Staff on personal email
Files nobody can find
Ex-employees still have access
No one to call
The problem

Most organizations have cloud tools. Few have a cloud environment.

Licenses were bought one at a time. Accounts were created by whoever was around. Files live in three services and someone’s desktop. Nobody owns offboarding, so former staff still hold keys.

We take the pieces you already pay for and make them one governed environment — identity, email, files, collaboration, access — then manage it so it stays that way.

What's included

Six capabilities, scoped to what you need.

Take on the whole environment, or hand us the part nobody internally wants to own.

Microsoft 365

The platform most organizations already pay for, configured like it was planned.

Tenant setup & license review

Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive structure

Policies, security & backup

Organizational Email

Everyone on real company email, with the domain and records set up properly.

Domain & DNS configuration

Migration from personal or legacy mail

Spam, phishing & deliverability

Collaboration Platforms

One agreed place for files, meetings, and conversation instead of five.

Shared file structure & naming

Meeting & calendar standards

Internal communication setup

User Access & Permissions

The right people in, the wrong people out, documented either way.

Onboarding & offboarding process

Role-based permissions

Multi-factor authentication

Cloud Tools & Storage

Consolidated, licensed correctly, and not paid for twice.

License & subscription audit

Storage consolidation

Vendor & renewal tracking

Day-to-Day Management

Someone accountable for the environment, and someone your staff can call.

User support & requests

Monitoring & maintenance

Documentation & reporting

How a cloud engagement runs

Discover, plan, implement, manage — applied to your environment.

01

Discover

Inventory accounts, licenses, domains, files, and who actually has access to what.

02

Plan

Define the target environment: identity, email, file structure, access rules, and cost.

03

Implement

Migrate mail and files, configure policies, set permissions, and train staff.

04

Manage

Ongoing support, onboarding and offboarding, monitoring, and license review.

Our position

Boring, governed, and documented beats clever.

Cloud & IT Management

Use what you already own

Most organizations are paying for capability they never configured. We start there, not with a new purchase.

Identity is the foundation

Accounts, groups, and permissions get designed first. Everything else inherits from that decision.

Offboarding is a security control

A documented exit process is the cheapest risk reduction available to a small organization.

One place for files

Structure and naming your staff can follow beats a perfect system nobody uses.

Documented, not tribal

Domains, accounts, renewals, and procedures written down and owned by your organization.

In practice

Two ways this work shows up.

Healthcare Technology Environment

A practice moved onto organizational email and a governed cloud environment alongside its clinical systems.

Common questions

Before you ask.

Do you replace an internal IT person?

We work either way — as the whole function for organizations with no internal IT, or alongside internal staff on the parts they don’t cover.

Are you a Microsoft-only shop?

No. Microsoft 365 is the most common environment we manage, but the recommendation follows your operations, not a vendor relationship.

Can you take over an existing setup?

Yes. Most engagements start with an environment somebody else built. We inventory it, clean it up, and manage it from there.

What does day-to-day support look like?

A named point of contact for staff requests, plus monitoring, maintenance, onboarding, offboarding, and license review on a set cadence.

Often paired with

Business Systems & Automation

Forms, workflow automation, and integrations across your systems.

Technology Projects & Transitions

Migrations, infrastructure changes, and cybersecurity planning.

Healthcare Technology

Clinical systems and practice technology support.
