Someone has to own the project. That’s us.

System migrations, technology transitions, new platform implementations, infrastructure changes, and complex technology initiatives — planned, managed, and delivered end to end.

Typical triggers
New office or location
Outgrew a platform
Merger or restructure
A stalled project
The problem

Technology projects don't fail on the technology.

They fail because nobody had time to own them. A staff member picks it up alongside a full job, vendors point at each other, decisions wait for a meeting that keeps moving, and six months later the organization is running two systems in parallel.

We take the project. Discovery, sequencing, vendor coordination, migration, cutover, and the follow-through — with one person accountable and your leadership informed in plain language.

What's included

Six capabilities, scoped to what you need.

Bring us a project from day one, or hand us one that’s already stuck.

System Migrations

Moving off a platform without losing records, access, or a week of productivity.

Data extraction & mapping

Test migrations & validation

Cutover planning & rollback

Platform Implementations

New systems stood up, configured, and adopted — not just purchased.

Requirements & selection support

Configuration & build

Rollout & staff training

Infrastructure Changes

Office moves, new locations, and hardware refreshes planned before the lease starts.

Office & location moves

Hardware & device planning

Network & connectivity planning

Cybersecurity Planning

Practical risk reduction sized to a small organization’s budget and staffing.

Access & identity review

Backup & recovery planning

Policies & staff practices

Project Management

One accountable owner, a real sequence, and vendors who answer to someone.

Scope, sequence & milestones

Vendor coordination

Leadership status reporting

Technology Modernization

Multi-phase change that moves an organization off legacy systems over time.

Current-state assessment

Phased roadmap

Execution across phases

How a project runs

Discover, plan, implement, manage — applied end to end.

01

Discover

Inventory systems, data, vendors, contracts, and dependencies — including the ones nobody documented.

02

Plan

Sequence the work, define the cutover, identify risk, and set what success looks like before anything moves.

03

Implement

Run the migration or build, coordinate vendors, train staff, and manage the cutover window.

04

Manage

Stabilize after go-live, close out the old systems, and stay on for ongoing management if you want it.

Our position

Boring delivery beats an ambitious plan.

Contact for Data Management

One accountable owner

Not a committee, not a vendor pointing at another vendor. One person your leadership can ask for status.

Sequence beats speed

Most project damage comes from doing the right things in the wrong order. Planning is where we earn the fee.

Plan the rollback

Every cutover gets a documented way back. We’ve never regretted having one.

Vendors work for you

We coordinate and hold vendors to scope — and we don’t take commissions from any of them.

Stabilize before we leave

A project isn’t done at go-live. It’s done when staff stop asking how to do their jobs.

In practice

Two ways this work shows up.

Organizational Technology Transition

A full technology transition: discovery, planning, cloud environment, network, and cybersecurity under one project.

Technology discovery
System planning
Cloud environment
Hardware & network planning
Cybersecurity
Project management

Platform Migration

A legacy system retired, data migrated and validated, staff trained, and the old environment closed out.

Data mapping
Test migrations
Cutover planning
Staff training
Vendor coordination
Post-launch support
Common questions

Before you ask.

Can you take over a project already in progress?

Often yes. We start with an honest assessment of where it stands, what’s salvageable, and what it will take to finish.

Do you work alongside our vendors?

Yes — coordinating vendors is most of the job. We represent your organization’s interests, not a vendor relationship.

How do you price project work?

Scoped per project after discovery. Discovery itself can be a small standalone engagement if you’re not ready to commit.

What happens after the project ends?

Your choice. We hand off documented, or stay on under Cloud & IT Management for ongoing support.

Often paired with

Cloud & IT Management

Ongoing management after the project closes out.

Business Systems & Automation

Workflow and integration work inside the new systems.

Healthcare Technology

EHR transitions and clinical platform implementations.
